1 Product Warranty Service

TCOMAS is committed to providing computer hardware products that combine performance, quality and peace of mind for users worldwide. We aim to build long-term trust with every user through a service philosophy that stays close to the user and close to real-world needs.

Beyond high-quality products and rigorous manufacturing standards, all brand-new, original products purchased through TCOMAS's official channels, authorised resellers and agents carry a full limited warranty.

For the issue customers worry about most — AIO liquid-cooler leakage and native product failure — we provide a dedicated coverage plan: if a product suffers leakage damage not caused by human factors, a hardware-loss claim may be filed in accordance with the rules; a purely non-human-caused performance failure is covered by a free replacement.

TCOMAS provides a limited warranty on all original products purchased directly from TCOMAS or its authorised resellers and agents. This limited warranty period begins on the date of purchase and, for a specific period, covers damage caused by defects in product materials or manufacturing workmanship. Per TCOMAS's country- and region-specific warranty policies, the limited warranty period may vary by product type and by the country/region of purchase. In addition, warranty service is provided in the country/region where the product was purchased. For the specific warranty period applicable to a product purchased in your country or region, please check the official website. This limited warranty grants you the specific rights to the warranty service described herein.

Your TCOMAS product will receive limited warranty service during the warranty period, provided that you operate or use the product in accordance with the product instructions and under a suitable working environment. TCOMAS bears no responsibility whatsoever for any damage to, or loss of data on, removable storage devices, regardless of the specific cause of such damage or loss. You are responsible for backing up any necessary programs or data to a removable storage device yourself. If a product is damaged or malfunctions due to improper use, installation/disassembly performed by personnel, engineers or technicians not authorised by TCOMAS, or any modification made to the product, TCOMAS reserves the right to refuse warranty service.

3 Product Warranty Scope — Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to problems, malfunctions, failures or damage caused by any of the following:

1 Parts that have already failed, been damaged, or malfunctioned after the limited warranty period has ended.
2 Products not in their original factory configuration, including but not limited to any modification made to the product.
3 Malfunction caused by the use of pirated, illegal, unauthorised, non-standard or unreleased software.
4 Improper use, accidents, unauthorised disassembly, repair or installation of the product by any personnel, engineer or technician not authorised by TCOMAS, or any improper operation, maintenance or cleaning not in accordance with the product instructions.
5 Any product where the serial number, manufacturer number or part-number label is missing, has been tampered with, or is illegible, or where any such label does not match the original product.
6 Any improper installation, operation or cleaning, including any use not carried out in accordance with the supplied product instructions.
7 Connection to any improper power voltage, or malfunction or damage caused by power surges.
8 Damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters (e.g. earthquake, flood, storm, typhoon, lightning strike).
9 Damage caused by user intent or gross negligence (including but not limited to marks from impact with a blunt object), or improper use by a minor.
10 Product leakage damage not caused by human factors may be claimed for damage compensation in accordance with the rules; a purely non-human-caused product performance failure is supported by direct replacement.
11 Malfunction, damage or loss caused by third-party products, services or conduct.
12 Damage resulting from a change in the product's appearance (whether accidental or otherwise) that has no effect on the product's operation or performance, including but not limited to rust, colour change, texture/decorative wear, natural wear-and-tear, and the product's gradual ageing — such as dimming or weakening of the product's lighting due to normal use or wear.
13 Situations such as a black or unresponsive screen resulting from unauthorised power disconnection, forced shutdown, disconnecting and reconnecting cables, or flashing unofficial firmware during a software/firmware upgrade.
14 Any other cause unrelated to a defect in the product's materials or workmanship.
Please note: if your product falls outside the scope of this Product Warranty Service Policy, TCOMAS reserves the right to charge an additional service fee on top of the cost of repairing or replacing your product.
4 Product Warranty Service Application

When filing a warranty service claim, you must provide the following documents:

Proof of purchase: A valid proof of purchase (purchase invoice or a screenshot of the electronic order, which must include the purchase date, product name, and seller information).

Product serial number: the product's serial number, located on the product's own label or on the outer packaging.

Note: If a valid proof of purchase cannot be provided, TCOMAS reserves the right to refuse to provide warranty service.

To file a warranty claim, please contact the store, reseller or agent from which you purchased the product while the product is still within its warranty period, so that your product can be serviced, repaired or replaced.

5 Return and Exchange Policy

For products purchased from an authorised retail store, your return or exchange request will be handled preferentially by the original store of purchase. A valid proof of purchase must be provided, and the product must meet the requirement of being free of human-caused damage or otherwise meet applicable standards.

6 Cross-Border Limited Warranty Terms

Product warranty service will be provided within the country or region of original purchase.

For cross-border warranty service, please first contact the TCOMAS support team to confirm whether an authorised service centre is available in your local area.

7 Hardware Replacement Responsibility

TCOMAS's overseas warranty service uses an "agent-first assessment, direct replacement" mechanism. When your product develops a fault not caused by human factors within the warranty period, your local TCOMAS authorised agent will carry out the assessment and handle the process; once the agent confirms the fault, they will replace the product for you directly. You do not need to ship the product cross-border to the original factory.

7.1 Agent Assessment and Replacement Process

When your TCOMAS product develops a fault within the warranty period, warranty service proceeds according to the following steps:

STEP 1Contact your original point of purchase

Please submit your warranty claim to the TCOMAS authorised reseller or agent from whom you originally purchased the product, and provide your proof of purchase and the product's serial number. You may also submit your claim online via the TCOMAS official website, and the system will automatically forward it to the authorised agent in your region.

STEP 2Agent assesses the product issue

The TCOMAS authorised agent in your region will assess the product issue. The agent will conduct an initial evaluation based on the fault description and photos/video you provide; where necessary, the agent will notify you to bring the product to the agent's designated service point for confirmation. Throughout this process, you do not need to ship the product to the overseas original factory.

STEP 3Confirm warranty coverage

Once the agent confirms that the product fault is a performance failure or material defect not caused by human factors and falls within the scope of the warranty, the replacement process is initiated. AIO liquid-cooling products operate under a "replacement only, no repair" policy — once confirmed, a brand-new product is provided directly, with no repair carried out.

STEP 4Agent provides direct replacement

The agent will directly replace your product with a brand-new unit or a product of equivalent function. The replacement product is shipped by the agent to your designated delivery address, and you are not responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product.

STEP 5Handling of cases outside warranty scope

If the agent determines that the product fault falls outside the scope of the warranty (e.g. human-caused damage, improper installation, etc.), the agent will inform you of the assessment result and the reason. You may choose to pay for repair or have the product returned to you, and the related shipping costs will be borne by you.

7.2 Cost Responsibility

Shipping cost of sending the product to the agent's service point
Borne by the customer
No cost applies if you deliver the product to the agent's service point in person
Agent's assessment fee for diagnosing the product issue
Free
No assessment fee is charged for issues within the warranty scope
Shipping cost of the replacement product back to the customer
Borne by the agent
The agent ships the replacement product to your designated address free of charge
The replacement product itself
Free
Non-human-caused faults within the warranty scope are replaced free of charge
Cross-border shipping cost to the original factory
Not applicable
You do not need to ship the product cross-border to the original factory
Cross-border customs duties, VAT and statutory taxes
Not applicable
You are not involved in cross-border shipping, so this cost does not apply
* Note: The subsequent product return and settlement process between the agent and the TCOMAS original factory is an internal matter for the agent, which does not affect your warranty service experience, and you are not responsible for any related costs.

7.3 Leakage Damage Compensation

If a TCOMAS AIO liquid-cooling product develops a leak not caused by human factors during normal use, and this causes damage to your other hardware, the agent will assist you in filing a leakage damage compensation claim with TCOMAS.

Compensation includes: replacement of the liquid-cooling product with a brand-new unit, and corresponding compensation based on the condition of the damaged hardware. The specific compensation plan is determined and executed following TCOMAS's review and confirmation.

7.4 Special Notes

No Cross-Border Shipping

You do not need to ship the product cross-border to the TCOMAS original factory; all warranty service is handled by the authorised agent in your region.

Replacement Only, No Repair

Once an AIO liquid-cooling product's fault is confirmed to be within the warranty scope, the agent replaces it directly with a brand-new product, with no repair carried out.

Equivalent-Function Product

The agent will prioritise replacing your product with a brand-new unit of the same model; if the original model has been discontinued, the agent will substitute a product of equivalent or higher function, or offer a refund of equal value.

Non-Warranty Determination

If the agent determines that the product fault falls outside the warranty scope (e.g. human-caused damage), the agent will inform you of the assessment result and the reason, and you may choose to pay for repair or have the product returned to you.

8 Limitation of Liability

For any breach of the warranties set out in this agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy shall be TCOMAS's repair or replacement of the faulty or failed product. Under no circumstances shall TCOMAS or its distributors, agents or service providers be liable for:

1 Claims made by you or any other third party.
2 Loss or destruction of your records or data.
3 Any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages arising from any breach of any warranty set out in this agreement, including but not limited to loss of profit, reduction in revenue, loss of data (direct or indirect), or business interruption.
9 Disclaimer

Except as expressly set out in this agreement, TCOMAS makes no other warranty whatsoever regarding the product you purchased. TCOMAS assumes no liability regarding the product's merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, nor regarding the existence of any infringement or any other express, statutory or implied representation or warranty (including but not limited to any warranty implied by trade usage, course of dealing, or otherwise). You acknowledge that you alone have determined the intended use and suitability of the product you purchased, and that any technical or other advice provided by TCOMAS is offered solely for your own use, at your own risk and judgement.

10 Agreement Terms

Severability: The terms of this Product Warranty Service Policy are independent of one another; the invalidity of any one term does not affect the validity of the other terms.

Amendment: TCOMAS reserves the right to interpret, update and amend this Product Warranty Service Policy at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on the TCOMAS official website.

Non-transferability: The limited warranty service provided under this Product Warranty Service Policy may not be assigned to any person, or its use authorised to any other party, without TCOMAS's prior written consent.
